"This is by far the worst experience I ever had. As someone who lived in multiple countries and multiple states in the US I’ve never encountered this type of money-sucking behaviour. Ashley the property manager and new manager(homeboy never introduced himself) are a disgrace for the industry. Long story short, after accepting 60 day notice before end of the lease, they decided it was not articulated as they wanted (they figured they can scam us out of a months worth rent-2000$). Imagine having to pay 2000$ for no reason, and on top of all that you thought you had good relationship with someone. Cardinal apartements is way overpriced for what you get. Amenities do not exist: grills don’t work, firepits don’t work, lounge was closed for a year, pool table doesn’t have pool sticks nor the balls (you have to go and beg to get them, and hey “but make sure to return them by 6, we’re getting off at that time”), coffee machine doesn’t work-ever, snacks are terrible, community events are advertiset but never organized, pool not taken care off. Not to mention the flood and damage we had in the building last Christmas and no one being there to communicate what is happening with residents or even firefighters. (I had to do that, didn’t even got a “thank you”) I would reccomend staying as far from this place as possible. Disgraceful. It is not that hard to be a decent human being, for these folks, karma is going to catch up to them."

"Awesome apartment complex! My apartment was clean with no issues when I moved in, it's quite and I have met a few neighbors and helpful as well. I love it, close to restaurants,grocery stores, cvs,starbucks,dunkin."

"This apartment complex and management company has by far been my most negative and frustrating experience. They charge a monthly community fee that apparently funds events, amenities and snacks provided. However, the snacks are for children, the coffee is bitter and near undrinkable, the outdoor amenities are all out of commission, the pool was opened a month late, the gym is always hot and stuffy, and the events aren’t enticing. As well, there are other hidden fees such as a monthly sewer “base” fee that is $30 (which I’ve never seen or heard of before), the apartments aren’t well insulated and let heat in, cool out very easily, and the outdoor/hallway detailing and cleanliness is pretty gross. For the cost of these apartments, I definitely do not recommend them."

"The Cardinal Apartments are convenient to so many things ranging from restaurants and services to food store. Sam’s Club and Walmart are just up the street as well. The apartment complex is very nice with a super gym and pool complex. The folks who manage the apartments and maintenance are quick to act when you pass questions to them. We’ve been here a month and we are very pleased that we are here."

"10/10 I’m being extremely unbiased and very strict it’s that good, trust me I would know. During my visit/tour of the apartment with my friends Mitchell & Jaylen I instantly noticed numerous amounts of positives and no negatives at all. Every area is super clean with an aesthetic setting, the aroma/smell was super pleasing, also all staff members are insanely friendly compare to other apartments who are usually rude. I am roommates with my friends and they assisted us with our lease and other questions with friendly attitudes. They made sure we get the best deals without any sketchy offers. It’s the best spot you can possibly choose especially compare to the other 7 apartments we toured none of them are in the same league as Cardinal and I haven’t even began to list the other incredible reasons to choose Cardinal, I have only scratch the surface."
