"Sometimes we get a burnt batch but not the last time. When you have enough help you can multi-task effectively. So with the summer coming in with a blast, I pray they are fully staffed with customer service oriented individuals to handle to load. Happy Spring Fling 2023. The prices are a bit much also."

"First, I asked about one of the drinks since I was fairly new to the restaurant and tried their pretzels usually but rarely their drinks but when I asked, the lady who was helping me and checking me was in her early 20's at least and she was rude and wasn’t willing to explain what the drink consists of. She just pointed at it when I asked about the drink and didn’t even give me a receipt when I ordered an original lemonade. And after I was done drinking the lemonade, I opened the top to eat some ice and it had a fly in it. It happened around 5:30-40. I don’t appreciate it especially as a person who works retail too."
