"Not quite the worst experience has ever had, but pretty close. I don't know about the sales department. The parts department was fine. The service department is terrible. I would look elsewhere for service. Use them as a last resort and at your own risk. 0 of 5 would NOT recommend. Response to the owner: No, I don't believe I will. The only resolution would be for the repairs to be done correctly (which I have since done with a shop down the road from you). However, your location has already proven to be untrustworthy. I will not allow your service department to touch my equipment again. To that point. I don't see a need to contact you further. Thank you."

"They took my mower in to repair the deck. Quoted me repair vs replace option. I elected the repair. Within 30 minutes of use, all repairs suffered a catastrophic failure. I called back and was advised that's the risk I assume with selecting repair, and no remediation was offered. This risk was not disclosed when I selected repair. It is also clear that an underlying issue with the deck was not uncovered as the catastrophic failure mirrored the issues it was sent in for. Pictures show failed weld and pulley cover breaking in an identical fashion."
