"These people will give you the run around & make it seem like they are there to help you out but in reality they are NOT! Turned in my application and was told they would let me know if I was approved or not within just a few days. Well, 2 weeks passed and I still hadn't heard anything from them, so I called them myself and asked what was the hold up and the lady who answered the phone said she would get Salley Smith (the lady who I turned my application in to) to call me back as soon as she stepped back into the office. She even wrote down my number & said she would make sure Salley called me right back. Well, I never heard anything from them! So I finally just assumed that I was not approved and they didn't even have the decency to tell me! What a waste of $40!! (Application Fee)"

"Clearly on the website they have two nice homes for lease but when I called and my black voice is heard then they don't have anything available except their typical black neighborhood homes in the hood available SMH"

"Apparently will only rent to white people. Set up an appointment to rent a town home and everything seem fine over the phone. Show up and the whole demeanor changed and it was suddenly 'unavailable'. Had someone else call and ask and was told it was in fact available to rent. The elderly woman who runs this management must have something against African Americans, or at least them living in her bigoted housing. Wouldn't recommend paying her for any services whatsoever."
