"The only reason my rating is 2 stars is because I watched this place go from comfortable, to uncomfortable in a year. The property manager and office assistant are very nice and professional. They have a lot functions, and drives. They do a lot for the residents. However, working all day, and having to come home to what looks like the hood now, is getting on my nerves. What was now a nice quiet place, has turned into dudes standing outside in groups, carts everywhere with kids playing in them. Trash everywhere, people loitering on the steps in front of door ways. We already know what's going on when there is a lot of traffic, and sheriff office has to continue to roll through. If I knew that this place was going to end up like this, I definitely wouldn't of moved here. Not saying that it can't get better. But some of the residents need to be aware of the company they keep that's turning their own home into an unwanting place to come home to. Clearwater village apts please place attention to the property that you have shown you value, and want to take care of. Thank you! End Note: it was 4 stars my first 6 months here."
