"In response to your outright lies responding to my wife's review. 1. You negotiated a 20% discount, what a lie you negotiated nothing! 2. Inspection, inspection day what happen? You didn't scheduled with seller or seller agent. 3. Roof, you never mentioned anything! You where to busy counting your commission. BTW saying something was repair and actually repairing not the same thing. Lying about the age of the roof the issue. Instead of just not respond you just made matters worse! As with many in the professional liars club you and the selling agent are exactly why many people avoid realtors. At least the selling agent actually protected / represented her clients (even with absolute failure to disclose issues)."
