"It is in sad shape. They need a review by HUD."
"I absolutely would NOT recommend you do business with this company at all. The staff cannot answer there phones, the voicemail box is full, they do not have set policies and procedures, and cannot keep proper office hours. When you try to communicate with them they give you roundabout answers and have zero customer service. Watch out when you move out too, they might not close your account correctly and then not inform you in something is flagged in your account. And then you have a even larger mess and they are reluctant to assist in a timely manner. Then when you call corporate and the office to get it resolved, you are pushed to the side."
