"Update4: Heat finally got fixed. Still no calls back from management with multiple messages left. Update3: No heat for a week, no urgency from the maintenance supervisor to resolve it, waiting to see if they even adjust the bill for the unliveable apartment. Update2: Cautiously updating this to 3 of 5 stars, new manager is trying to make things better, we'll see if it does. Update: We have a new property Manager, we'll see if things are better or not. If things improve I'll update this review. TLDR: Do Not Stay Here. Current Tenant, in the 6 months I've been here the AC has died 3 times, they had to replace the water heater after it didn't work for almost the first entire month in the unit, dish washer died, over a week and counting for them to fix/replace it. Office staff will lie to you and be outright rude if you call out the lie. They didn't have the pool usable until mid August and then closed it 3 weeks later. Have been waiting over a month for pest control, had to handle it myself out of pocket even though the apartments are supposed to handle it. Do not recommend, would highly advise you stay at any other apartments in the area. Morgan Properties is basically impossible to reach if you have an issue that local people won't handle."
"Have stayed here for about 5 years enjoyed my stay for the most part . The location is the main thing that has kept me and my family here this long. Its super close to everything . Apartments itself are pretty outdated but you can tell they are trying to make some improvements. The water doesn’t get as hot as most places and it is always randomly shut off . They have random “inspections “ from time to time but don’t give you an exact date they will arrive. So they get up to a week to just come in your unit randomly. The leasing office workers are super nonchalant and unhelpful. They make current residents feel extremely uncomfortable & It feels like a burden whenever you go in and ask for anything. I thought it was just me but I asked my neighbors & they have had the same experience with the leasing office staff, The customer service alone is worth a half of a star but the location increases that rating . Would recommend for college students but not a comfortable place to call home long term for a small family of three. No one wants to live a place where you can tell the leasing office workers hate their job, it definitely trickles down to the living experience."
"I have been very pleased with Mrs. Berteliz Hernandez’s customer service. A 3 bedroom and washer and dryer was very important for me. She has been very patient with me and got me moved in within 2 days after I decided I no longer wanted to be on a 2nd floor unit. She has made my wait worth while and I can’t wait to move in with my family and start a lot of new beginnings in and around my new community."

"Traditions of Augusta is a good place to stay, but just like any other community this one has a few things to fix. I would suggest never doing a review after you move into an apartment. It does not give you time to see everything and your review is based off your move in experience when it should be overall to help others in selecting the right home for themselves. Providing a review after move in helps the ratings for the apartment complex and gives a false narrative of what it’s like to live there. My experience was not a great one when I selected this community. The property manager at the time never came out to me anyone but kept asking for different things during the application process. It was very unprofessional and unpleasant. The leasing representative I worked with made it pleasant for me and that’s the only reason why I continued with the process. The community is quite, it’s kept clean, and my neighbors are nice. I actually selected my own apartment from the website and love it. My only issue with my unit was the bad sink in the floor and the carpet was not cleaned properly. If you have carpet take a wash cloth and clean any area which I did and it was very dirty. The building can use pressure washing because they are full of spider webs and which some holds spiders in them, and you may actually walk into one. Maintenance coming to make repairs was very quick when I moved in but lately it might take a few days but they do come. I have not meet the new property manager since I don’t go into the office much and don’t know her name. The community has not received any letters on the new property manager and if they have I didn’t receive it. I will say since the new individual had come we have received more letters than the last one. Some of the letters pertain importance information but the last was a little petty, not so professional like in my opinion. It was pertaining to maintenance and not asking them to do additional things while in the apartment, don’t stop them when you see them out to ask them to repair things or call their personal phones. This should be corrected with maintenance not the residents. This is behavior that was being done before hand and clearly they were okay with it. Letters are getting out of control in my opinion. Make your own decision, read reviews, and do research before selecting as you should with any property. I give traditions of Augusta an 8 1/2 out of 10."
