"Horrible place to live. Just wait until you see the expenses of moving out! I’m just happy I’m up out of there. Still trying to resolve an issue of everything I’m being charged with when I kept up with the apartment and nobody wants to answer the phone after I’ve left numerous messages for them to call me due to me relocating to Charleston, SC."

"DO NOT MOVE HEAR! IF YOU HAVE NOWHERE ELSE TO GO, SLEEP OUTSIDE!!!! No matter who manages this place nothing changes. Endless Roaches despite you paying for pest control. I don't know if they are spraying the wrong stuff or just water. Constantly smell marijuanna day and night. Complaints do not help. The current management is just as bad. Stuff breaks in the apartments all the time and they usually do a quick fix and take their time getting to it. This place is not worth the rent you pay at all. They make a few outside adjustments to drive the rent up. They may leave some smooth comments in response to all the complaints on google reviews but it's all bull. I know some of the other residents who left one star reviews and they are right on. Increased rent new fees. I only wish I could give them one less star than I have now and todays Date is 12/4/2023. This new company is even worse. I guess that's why they keep selling it to new robbers. I'm pretty sure most of maintenance and management are some people off the street with little to no education for their job posistion."

"The super positive 5 star reviews on this page are almost certainly fraudulent. The property management company needs to be served with a class action lawsuit. The unit above me was a grandma w/ multiple grandkids. Her water heater leaked into the carpet. All those kids living with a moldy carpet for months bc the company knows their tenants can’t just leave. My ceiling showed mold for months and eventually bursted open with water, flooding my living room. I moved out two years ago and I’m back here just to relay how criminally inhumane they treated that grandma’s family. It’s an affordable apartment to low income families like mines. Once you sign that lease they won’t care about your living conditions. I had to do an emergency move paid on credit cards bc they kept charging me rent on a flooded apartment. Big companies getting away with exploiting us."

"I signed my lease back in may with a move in date of July 21. I had been calling and stopping by several times to view a 3 bd room to know what space I was working with before moving in. There was never a unit available to view. I called several times was not able to get in contact with anyone over the phone. I was at least expecting a phone call by middle of July and some type of updates on the apartment . Once I finally got through and spoke with someone I was told they would allow me to view at least 48 hrs before. Still did not receive a call. I had to call the day before to see what I needed to do then it was said I can come view the apartment the day before I got my keys. To the naked eye the apartment looked ok outside some minor fixes. Once I got my keys and went through the apartment I was shocked as to what I found. I will attach pics and video below. I dropped the maintenance request off Monday July 24. It’s is July 31 and my apartment has yet to be cleaned. I asked for a new washer dryer, new tub faucets and shower heads. Along with other major issues. I had to bomb the apartment twice due to roaches. And yet still I have not been able to move into this apartment fully."

"About 10 months ago I said this place was amazing but I was wrong. Don't get me wrong, the management is good and the maintenance is decent but, after living for 10 months I have to say that living there has been pretty awful. We live on the bottom floor and our neighbors are super loud and we're always smelling w££d. The Construction company has made a huge mess in the parking lots. It's been many months and they still haven't finished. But, the apartment is pretty nice and was remodeled back in 2017."
