"Very unprofessional, doesn’t respond back in a timely manner when things need to be done. Terri is very rude . She doesn’t say “hi” “hello” or anything ,just goes straight in for the kill . I think that is very rude . Only time she respond to messages is when rent is due and it’s not in a nice way. Communication is everything and she doesn’t do that very well .I’ve always been nice and respectful to her but atp I’m going to treat her how she treats me with the same nasty responses."
