"We moved into a 5 bedroom home at Midsomer about 3 months ago. The home is beautiful; it is a very modern open floor plan with luxurious style. We love the laminate flooring throughout and the smart home features are convenient and make us feel safe while home and away. A fenced in yard is exactly what we needed in a rental for our dogs! We’ve been home owners for more than 2 decades. While in transition from relocating to the area to building a new home, we had no interest in renting an apartment. This neighborhood is perfect for us, but if we weren’t building a new home, I could be happy here long term. Our neighbors are great and Jennifer (property manager) is always quick to respond and super helpful. We hope to get more involved in the community when Spring comes and people are outside more. I am so glad we chose Midsomer!"
