"moved in two weeks ago and the place was filthy and had gigantic bugs everywhere. I have not had a working stove/oven for 12 days now. They have tried to replace it three times now and have gouged the wall and flooring in doing so. There were a lot of items that needed taken care of after my move in and still nothing taken care of. They were supposed to be complete this Friday. Now the landlord is stating they will come in and inspect the apartment Friday and will have to order material and won’t know when the repairs will be complete. They avoid calls and E-Mails. It has been three weeks since I’ve asked about a storage unit and still no response. This place is a joke!"

"Me and my boyfriend stay on the bottom floor and we love the renovations. We are overall happy with the apartment we have a few work orders put in and we are waiting for those to get taken care of. I feel like the price we’re paying is a little overpriced but the quality is good."

"I've lived here for 2 years and have never had a problem with anything. I went away one day and forgot to close my garage door and when I came back everything was still there and nothing was touched. Everyone stays to themselves and are friendly. The place is well kept, they have a nice pool and fitness room. If you have any problems the maintenance is quick to respond and fix the problem. Give them a try."

"I've lived here since 2018 and have been through several different property managers and owners. Recently the complex has been purchased and we received some new renovations that look great! I'm excited to see what other positive changes are going to happen here."
