"This apartment complex has a terrible management. I sent my application along with my fee. The apt manager said she did not receive the fee but only the application. After my application was approved, the property manager said I can move in few days. The maintenance was so slow, I had to wait over a week or two. The manager should not promise the moving date if they cannot do it on time. I had to call their home office to intervene and make them move faster. When I had maintenance problems, I had to wait days or weeks before the maintenance arrived. Sometimes, he would not come at all. When I moved out, I had again a problem. They told me I would get my deposit within a 45 days. Now, it is close to 4 months since my family I left the apartment, to this day they have not given me back my deposit (in full but took a lot of it). The property manager said because I did not give her my forwarding address on time. I believe the manager is very disorganize. I returned the original key to her along with my new address by mail because I wanted to get my deposit right away. I have been living in apartments for many years, this is the first time I have ever encountered a problem such as this apartment with the Olde South Terrace apartment. If you have any other choice, donot pick this apartment to avoid stress. Maria Riah"

"Rode by as was visiting the area with another for the first time in homes in community that turns off from this one. It appeared quiet and living as passed by when turning down road that rides down passed into surrounding house community behind it. This was the same appearance upon our departure later. I did notice more active community ongoings with others passing through towards homes further back and on through it seemed. Instead continued on towards same way from which entered from earlier arrival. With only exception was turning right out of the entrance seeking interstate instead of original scenic route since couldn't seem to recall how had been lead during earlier time in day upon arrival."

"Like it looks like a nice place to live and stuff but like does anyone know how to get an application because I went to the office and they were closed and I didn't get it because it said they was suppose to be open at eight thirty and I was there by eight fourty five and still no one was there please some one comment at least a phone number for that place or something"
