"I have been a resident at Viera Aiken since June 2022. The staff has been helpful beyond measures. I can call Mrs. Breana or Mrs. Mercedes and my issues are solved promptly! The maintenance staff is always quick to respond and are dedicated to fixing the issues. The living environment is quiet and respectful!! I have not experienced another team this excellent in many years!! It is a load off my back knowing that where I live is a place of serenity! Thanks Bree & Mercedes!! You both have been life savers for me!! God Bless!!"

"This place is an absolute joke. A sorry excuse for "apartments". DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY MOVING HERE. Everything in our apartment was old, falling apart and down right disgusting, filled with black mold that they just paint over. They honestly need to be torn down because it's a health hazard to the people who live there. Not to mention SEVERELY OVERPRICED to live in a dump. Do not move here and of you're already living there, do not renew your lease, run for your life."
