"I just moved here in May of 2023 and I have had nothing but a bad experience. When I first move in, Shelly and I went over what needed to be taken care of. A request for new blinds, stove power cord, and garbage disposal was suppose to be put in. It is now December 2023 and nothing has been done. I had to buy a power cord for my stove. My garbage disposal still isn't working. My blinds have not been replaced in the entire apartment. There is barely anyone in the office during business hours. We now have one maintenance man that is doing his best to help out tenants, but corporate keeps pulling him to do other stuff. If I could rate maintenance right now, I would give Mr. Stanley 5 stars because he is doing the best he can to get work orders completed for his tenants. Besides that, my neighbors Stomp on the stairs so loud that my light fixture shade in my kitchen had come down twice and almost fell on my aunt. All of these apartments need upgrades. My master bedroom closet shelves have fell 4 times and I have had to repair them myself. This entire complex needs to be demolished and rebuilt PROPERLY. The walls are LITERALLY cardboard. I am not a satisfied tenant and do not contact Intermark because they never respond back via email or phone. Please, take your chances at Brighton or Palmetto Apartments. Brookstone is not it and I am trying my hardest to move out this place. Other tenants leave their trash in the parking lot and Mr. Stanley has to come behind them and clean up their mess ND he shouldn't. Grown people do not know how to clean up after themselves and they do not teach their kids to do the same. It's just an eye sore. I am VERY disappointed in this place."

"The property manager(s) are seldom ever available in office. They are undeniably understaffed. Literally one maintenance man. The walls are cardboard thin. Quite an underwhelming property."

"Lived here the last 3 years finally moved out in March 2023, this place is hell on wheels, don’t let the outside fool you, the apartments aren’t upgraded at all, moved in the place was so DIRTY,to water damaged/ALL cabinets falling apart hanging on by a few nails, spotty counter tops, old appliances, broken up/dirty tile, ALL room doors were duck taped an busted when moving in, and replaced a year later with old dirty doors out of building “A”, carpet was moldy an wet, had to wait a year for replacement, and etc.NEVER any maintenance staff, property hasn’t had a solid maintenance guy since June of 2022 cause they ran him off overworked an underpaid going to multiple properties!!! So if something breaks be prepared to WAIT months to years to get it fixed no matter how urgent it and get second generational stuff or from another unit, sink leaked for two years straight, and I had to buy my own air filters my entire stay, in 3 years the property had 12 properties managers!!! so you know the company is bad business, and upon moving out since I couldn’t provide a 60 day written noticed upon my lease expiring cause NO ONE WAS NEVER IN THE OFFICE, to do so, I was told by current management you could of left it in the box, I stated i don’t handle business in that manner I like to do things face to face being that the company is so unreliable… she still insisted I was wrong till I spoke with corporate manager that came in office she honor my move out an told me long as my place was clean she would return the deposit, and not charge me two months rent for a late move out notice again that I couldn’t turn in personally, once I moved out I got every excuse in the damn book why my money wasn’t being returned, and corporate called just to say she called an never returned my calls back, and current property manager was very rude, unhelpful, insensitive that I was a DV victim an that was my reason I was moving, including the living conditions an etc. and don’t get me started about how filthy the property is cause they can’t pay the trash company, I’m let ALL photos speak for themselves, I wish I could insert recordings cause I’ve plenty of my move out conversations with property management saying my apartment was the cleanest on the property when moving out. And saying my deposit would be returned! Again I’ll let the photos speak for themselves photos below are upon moving in… beware"

"Only stay here if you really need a place to stay. They are not professional. They hire a new property manager every month. The property managers leave work early, or come in late. Nothing gets fix, and when you move out they don’t want to give you your deposit. Very unprofessional. You pay this money and everything is OUT OF DATE! Same stuff they had when they first build the apartments. Don’t call the headquarters either… they never answer the phone or return your call back."

"I have submitted many inquiries for leasing information. I never received any correspondence matter of fact I’ve contacted the property management website and also inquired with no correspondence."
