"It's been over 30 years since I've had authentic Indian food, that's Indian from India! The Indians cook most of the food with curry and depending on the severity of hotness is dependent upon how much career you ask for. In my book if it doesn't make your eyes water and make you sweat it ain't hot enough. I had the braised curry goat medium hotness, with Naat garlic bread, and white rice I also had Indian hot tea. Which is hot tea with creamed milk."
