"These people do not pay their bills. They have no problem calling a company to have apartments cleaned out. They just don't want to pay you. They will not answer the phone or any emails. Can you imagine how they handle their tenants???"

"Not a bad place to live. Moved out over 2 months ago. No one ever answers the phone. I have contacted corporate and nobody returns my call. Haven’t received my deposit yet. I didn’t get any assistance. I let the apartment cleaned and everything. Just not a way to do business"

"Walked into the office on today asked for an application the manager turned her back and pointed to a table I then asked were there a current day I needed to return it she was nonchallant and shunned her shoulder for no reason at all wouldn't answer any questions"

"Visits there often. They don’t keep the apartments up. Tenants can’t get window blinds replaced. If you see rodents and report it you’re on your own. Back when the roof and windows were leaking during rain tenant was told to put buckets down. The roof was repaired probably with rotted wood frames. Windows were never re-caulked or check for water damage in the walls.Not a good place. Unless you love drama you wouldn’t want to live there."
