"I was going to go for it till she did the numbers I’m on disability my son works at Walmart pt the manager said my rent would be 700.00per month plus a 700 deposit that was only 150 less what I was paying and no one contacted to me I have my own drive way and no inspection also I can put my furniture in front of the window to many rules for 700 a month thats not low income at all 1.400.00 to move in and 700 the next month plus pay for electric crazy I gave the same numbers to a different hud housing and my rent was 400 a month with my disability check and my child pt Walmart check together"

"I've been living here for 3 years and I love it. We are near the park and there's a elementary school across from our apartments. There's lot to do in simpsonville sc. If I have a maintenance problem the maintenance man fixes everything that has to be done and the property manager is very nice and she always keeps the property looking good.."
