"Let me start by saying Alexis was not very helpful . When we first came in she rushed us. And it’s not the fact the my daughter was denied. It’s the fact that she never ever reached out unless I contacted her. Then they know my daughter was denied and then my mother and applied and because of my daughter owed an old bill of 900 they denied us .and she told me if we applied within 48 hours we would get all the application fees waived.. well she was rushing us out so I think that’s what she said … please don’t go . Would not recommend to anyone…and didn’t want to give any star’s and I feel like if a manager wanted to speak to me, you would call me that is the same number. I kept calling when I never got an answer."

"Absolutely love living here! It is a beautiful area and the townhomes are close to just about everything. The property manager, leasing agents and maintenance have also been a pleasure to work with and always willing to answer any questions you may have. The only concern is if you work from home it won’t be completely silent as you can hear conversations going on, loud music and/or kids running around outside pretty much all through out the day and parts of the night even if you are upstairs but honestly everything else is pretty great! I recommend this place."

"Alexis and Danielle are our leasing agents, Alexis really sold us on the Maywood, they have been so helpful in our process of transferring and with the moving in process, we toured a week ago and we move in less than 2 weeks! I’m so excited to be apart of this new community, the staff has been extremely helpful. I can’t wait to move in!"

"High priced small apartments with extra charge they don't tell you about until after the tour. Ask about the $100 a month "maintenance" fee. Ask about the $20 pet screening fee regardless if you have a pet or not. Ask how they are charging for a pool that isn't even done. Observe every crooked electrical outlet in the place. The places looked like they rushed them together not nearly worth the advertised price let alone the real price."

"We moved into Valley View Townes on 10/30/2022. The homes are brand new, and they're absolutely beautiful! The homes have video doorbells, an alarm system, and thermostats that can all be adjusted through an app...the houses also come with a brand new washer and dryer! Our Floorplan is called the Maywood. It's a 3 br. 2.5 bath townhome with 2 floors. I think my favorite thing about the house is that there's NO CARPET! My allergies have finally started improving since we live in such a new, clean space! The smart home features are also a huge plus! Danielle and Alexis were our leasing agents. Both of them were so helpful and kind throughout the entire leasing process, and they have great interpersonal skills. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about our home or the leasing experience! The only issue I have is the $100 per month "community fee" that is added onto the base price of rent. Our unit rented for $1679, which is a great price for what we got. But the $100 community fee brings our monthly total to $1779, which is steep for this area. That is ultimately my only complaint. So far, the only community amenity I've seen is a pool (it's unfinished right now, the neighborhood is still under construction). There are sidewalks, but I wouldn't necessarily say that's an amenity. If there was a playground or maybe a common area with a fire pit, I think it would be more reasonable...but the cost of using the pool and other amenities should be included in rent. When I saw the base price of $1679, I knew it would be in our budget; but then I saw the community fee, and that almost deterred us from renting here. We could afford it with or without the fee, but it came down to whether or not the price was justifiable for this area. Fountain Inn is such a quiet, small town, and the rent is high for the area. It just seems odd to me to have such a steep fee for a pool that (realistically) can only be used 4 months out of the year. Other than the community fee, I have no complaints with our experience! We look forward to spending our time in this house!"
