"What a dump"
"Rarely do we have a manager on site. Becoming unsafe, the door on the back side has been jimmied so many times, it barely closes and you have to make sure it is locked. Not happy now! Not the managers fault, she has many complexes to look after and that is not fair to her and the residents."
