"Applied July/August of 2022 they sent me a letter 5 months later but didn't know why. Turned out I needed to fill it out and turn it in. I was confused because it was an application and I had already turned one in. Reapplied in January and I'm still waiting. They say 6 months to 1 year. Don't say that if the wait time is longer. I didn't fill out anymore applications because I was willing to wait 6 months to a year. Not over a year. So now I have to go somewhere else. Just a wase of time."

"I no longer live here but I did for 7 years and at the time the property manager was named Tawanna! She was a great manager. The best I have ever had at an apartment complex. Everything was under control, property was clean and quiet. She made sure maintenance was doing their job. She made sure everyone complied with the rules. When she left it got out of control and it was no longer peaceful and clean."

"The apartment manager when I stayed was rude then he put us in an apartment next to someone who he knew had a bug problem but he wouldn't tell us what kind but it turned out to be bed bugs. Then he didn't want to fix the problem we had to basically start over. And the owners over the manager is never in the office and takes forever to get back to the tenant."
