"Inquired about a 3 bedroom apt here forgot to write a review but here it goes bc of online advertising and job convience I Paid application fee of $100.. at the time young lady in office was pregnant they kept the door locked due to covid reasons l. I had appointment to look at apt but she took me to a one bedroom. I was looking for a 3 bedroom. I called days later she said you are approved but we don’t have anything available and I don’t know when anything is coming open Lol I’m like what? Yeah ok Bye!! Waste of time and money.."

"I live here and this place is horrible. I've been without air-conditioner for almost 2 months now. Instead of calling a professional all they do is send maintenance to "fix" the issue. Its 90 plus degrees in my apartment everyday. I have to leave in the middle of the day so my children don't get sick and throw up from the heat. Do NOT move here. They don't care about you or your things at all. Neighbors are cool tho."

"Prior to moving in the people running the office and doing leasing were awesome. Without any notice they were gone with a new lady working in the office who is not personable, friendly or professional. The office stays closed with a number to call, which no one answers or calls back. My building and my apartment which is upstairs has the roof/gutters hanging from the building to where we can't even use our balcony and there are exposed nails and rotten wood. I highly recommend no one move here until management makes quick change"

"Rent is way too high for what we are dealing with. Kids can't play on the playground, not allowed to play in the breezeway and we can't use the pool. My gutter/part of my roof is rotting and falling. We cant even sit on our balcony because of it. The vinyl that's falling with it is pulling the light fixture and wires from the wall which seems like a fire hazard to me. I out in a work order about this a month ago. They wanted us to do a "community clean up day" where they provide paint and pressure washers to clean the outsides of the apartments and paint the balconies ... what is a maintenance man for??? Seriously doubt I will be staying after my lease is up unless things change."

"Do not move here! New manager has no compassion at all. During the pandemic where people dont know about their jobs tried to raise the rent without proper written notice. You confront her she starts getting an attitude. So naturally you get one back the she gives you a 30 day notice to vacate. She knocks on my door so naturally my dog is going to bark. She yells and says "you better get your dog or I'm going to hurt it". Nothing ever gets fixed. It's been 7 months since my dishwasher broke. Counter tops are peeling so there a good chance some is getting into your food when cooking. Had a window broke. Manager accused my kids of breaking it and refuse to fix it. All she did was put a sheet of paneling over it. I had to call fire marshall for her to fix. Then she entered my apartment without proper 24 hr notice."
