"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! WORST PLACE EVER!! ROACHES!!! ROACHES!!! ROACHES!!! This is the worst place to ever live. They have roaches in every building in every unit and they will not get rid of them. The management doesn't care about the tenants at all. You can never speak to anybody higher up. If possible I would give a negative 25 because this place sucks!! They have roaches everywhere, all the time. You will pay to live with roaches if you move here. The property manager acts so surprised when you complain about the roaches but she knows they exist. They just choose not to get rid of them. They want you to to live in filth and have roaches as your roommate."

"I lived out there for 5 years. It started off with great management but over the years this place got new management every single year. Most recently I moved out and these folks charged me for wear and tear on a carpet that I had for 5 years! ($990) And also $25 per blinds. This place did not give me my deposit back as well as trying to make me owe addition money. This place is full of it. Let’s not mention the bugs that started to come because they do not pressure wash the buildings or stairs. Some of the residents are nasty! I absolutely hate this small apartment complex and they charge you way to much for a place so small. Zero stars is what this place deserves. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!"

"If I could give a zero stars I would this by far is the worst I ever stayed in... my neighbor above me is constantly making up noise....you stay putting in emails but nothing is getting done about it all the property manager can say it's legal action that's gotta be taken but my question is when!!! like u can't sleep at night...and not only that the pool never open but only when office hours and who has time once the kids get out of school to come out there by that time it's closing....it's just all these promises they made to get you In there but they not living up to it ....I been here months now haven't had no welcome new person party yet or the kids haven't had they back to school party either like don't make promises you can't keep I just don't feel like it's worth the money or your time can't wait to move..."

"Brandy and Spencer are wondering apartment managers. Brandy really worked with my boyfriend and I and had great communication. Spencer is really sweet and nice. Maintenance always got back to us quickly too and had no problems with them.Thanks for the amazing time we stayed at Station 153!"
