"Do not move here!! You will regret it rent is constantly going up and the quality of apartment is just not worth it. The floor wasn’t laid properly and is coming up, there’s a big hole around the shower head because the contractors don’t know what They are doing, the water gets cut off weekly. Only reason they have reviews is because they are always hosting competitions to buy reviews… pathetic"

"Moved in June, did not have AC for almost 2 months in 85 degree heat. Once it was finally fixed, no drain system was install so instead they used my personal mop bucket to collect the water to which I had to dump out every day. Up until I refused to dump it which led to it leaking into my downstairs neighbors apartment, making them file a complaint, so the drain system was fixed the next time. Even though I had been trying for weeks to get them to come out there and finish it. water is cut off repeatedly without warning causing my almost and hour to fill the bathtub. Lifted flooring in my living room which still has yet to be fixed. Broken door handles and doors constantly that I had to fix myself. Never can get in touch with the office, until I harass them. Clearing my maintenance work orders even thought it’s not fixed. Also, when I first moved in my dishwasher was not correctly, turned on, which I had no idea about which caused it a leak up under my kitchen sink, causing mold, which took them two days to fix. I asked if I can terminate my lease without it negatively affecting me, I even agreed to sign a NDA They told me I would have to pay either up front, three months worth of rent or stay for three more months and still pay three months worth of rent which is understood to be in my lease agreement, but countless amount of times I have had maintenance people enter my unit without giving me a 24 hour notice, which was also in my lease agreement, and they would just walk around my apartment. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I also have everything documented in case your wondering!"
