"Lived here for 2.5 years and absolutely loved it! The apartments were spacious and nice, the complex was kept clean, it felt safe, and the leasing staff were super helpful and kind. Any maintenance issues were quickly fixed as well! I never had any complaints with neighbors, parking, etc. either - I'll genuinely miss living here and highly recommend to anyone looking to settle in Anderson."

"We moved from Shadow Creek last year. We lived here for over five years, and we had an amazing experience. This place was our home, and the management was always quick to respond to any questions. The maintenance team was also great. We were sad to leave, as we still miss our walks around the complex and our time at the playground. I should have posted this sooner, but time slips away so quickly. We appreciated our time here so much, and I would highly recommend them as the best apartments in Anderson. Thank you, Shadow Creek! "If I had a nickel for every time I've found the perfect spot to live in the place of my choosing, do you know how much money I'd have? Thanks to Barbara, Erica, Samantha and the team at Shadow creek apartments, I'd have 5 cents. It is by far the best place to live in Anderson- great location, awesome apartment floor plans, safe environment, and friendly neighbors. I did not have one bad experience while living here for the past year and a half. If I was not moving to Greenville, this would be where I call home. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for the best place to live in Anderson!"

"When I was searching for an apt, I really paid attention to the reviews. I saw the reviews for shadow creek were great, so I checked it out. I've lived here for about 4 months and it's been really nice. The reviews were accurate. I never thought I wanted to live in an apartment, but Shadow Creek changed my mind. I'm in one of the updated ones, which is beautiful. I will be moving to one that's not updated, and hope my experience is just as good. It's great to have a balcony - I really like that. It feels safe here and its clean, yet still pet friendly. It's peaceful. I never thought an apt could be peaceful, but it is. Maintenance is good, the office usually return calls/emails quickly, and they're friendly and professional."

"I have lived at Shadow Creek Apartments now ... going on 6 years and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this wonderful community. It is quiet, clean, and the grounds are always perfectly manicured. The property management and staff here are, without a doubt, the finest I've ever seen. These guys are extremely dedicated to their work and passionate about their jobs. If a resident has an issue, they all go above and beyond to make sure it is taken care of promptly.
