Rosewood at Clemson

"If I could give more stars I would!! Anthony is AWESOME!! He has such great hospitality and has been great with communicating with me and ensuring that I want to make Rosewood at Clemson home. I will be making Rosewood home for me come Aug. 2025! The neighborhood, the units, the grounds, breezeways, parking, the entire community was well kept. Small but just what I need to feel right at home! Fingers crossed that everything goes well, and that I get the keys to this community! Thank you again Anthony!"

"Flats are good but location is quite inferior(inside) for students. So takes too time to get bus and also seems risky after 7:30 to walk outside."

"This apartment complex is the worst in clemson. We were moving to Clemson university and found this place that is marketed as "luxurious" It is anything but luxurious. If you are a Clemson student - This place is far from university. I mean there is not even a direct bus route to campus. You will have to walk a mile to catch the university bus. The other community near to this is offering free bus service with lesser cost. There is literally nothing around this Community. There is no Gym. Property staff have no clue use the amazon locker. The pool is so small for a "luxury" apartment. If you are a family, Apartment complex is too costly for the amenities that you get.There is no place for your kids to do anything at all. There is no washer-dryer that you get for any apartment that is cheaper than this. Don't forget about the BUGS this place has. Our short term in this location has seen small dark bugs all around the dishwasher. Overall the experience here for us is horrible and we wanted to terminate our lease. We were told that we are supposed to give 1 months of notice and 1 months of rent as lease termination fee. We accepted for this and moved out. 6 months later I found out that we were charged 1 more month's rent extra that we were not told about at first. Our move out check got into collections since the property manager messed up with our forwarding address. That is just ridiculous thing to do for a property that is again advertised as "luxury". I kept on asking for the move out letter every now and then but there is not one competent person in that complex. Please do not get trapped into this apartment complex. There is a reason why the units are always available. Fortunately, we moved to a much nicer apartments near by."

"DO NOT RENT right now. After 2 years of residence, this property has spiraled out of control. The 1 bedroom apartments are nice and spacious, but that's where the good ends. The new property manager treats the residents like prisoners, frequently imposing obscure sections of the ridiculous requirements on the lease agreement like "not using patios for storage of any kind", while not providing solutions for outdoor equipment like bikes or children's toys. They disregard the fact that this is home for its residents any enforce rules and threats regularly about everything from parking to outdoor cleanliness, while the interior of most apartments are shabbily constructed, cramped, and breaks frequently due to poor quality materials. The prices are rising fast despite the conditions, which helps explain why most of the units are empty. When I moved in two years ago the friendly staff at least made up for everything else, but at this point its absolutely intolerable. At very least wait until Julia is no longer in office, otherwise stay far away, there is plenty of better competition in the area."

"Megan and Cody (management) are both friendly, professional, and very flexible with resident needs. Great job! The property is the best in the area. Good for families. It was bought by Southwood Realty who typically does luxury units in the Carolinas and over the last two years I've seen them renovate the 3 bedroom units to match the newly built 2 and 1 bedroom units. We used emergency maintenance once last year and they were out after hours to fix our issue right away."
