"I applied a week ago, and haven't been able to reach anyone. I've left approx. 4-5 voicemails, sent emails, submitted a message on the website, and even sent text messages with no success. After reading the other reviews here, I'm definitely concerned, but hoping for the best. This property is beautiful (went and saw it in person) and would love to call one of these units home. I think it's definitely worth the wait, but would really appreciate some sort of communication at the very least. I'm honestly posting this google review in hopes of connecting with someone... I've seen the replies here, so I'm shooting my shot and hoping for the best."

"Update as of nov 28, we surprisingly received a refund for our deposit after a month. Regardless if things were reconciled NOTHING about this entire experience has been professional. I still would not recommend applying here. KEEP YOUR MONEY. DO NOT APPLY. I'm having the same issue. Date pushed back and promised we could get a refund if we didn't want to wait. Now (granted it's nothing new) we can't get Kay Green or anyone on the phone."

"***UPDATE I finally got a call from Kay after my negative review. She stated she'd been promoted and no longer had access to her VM and text. Weird because her voice is still the voicemail message, and now it's full and not accepting any new messages. She assured me she was submitting a request for a refund that day. Well, here I am still NO REFUND and no more responses. I'm about ready to get the Attorney General involved. This is ridiculous. I applied back in June when they said it would be ready in July. Then was pushed to Aug, then Sept, then Oct, then Nov. Last update was Jan. I was promised a refund of my fees. NOTHING. I have left multiple messages, both text and voicemail and she won't return any calls. I fully believe now that this is a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME, RUN, RUN, RUN. KAY IS NOT TRUTHFUL."
