"First off I want to say that Kelly the leasing agent is a doll even if that isn’t her true personality she is very aware that the way you treat someone during the leasing process makes a difference although I do believe that is her true personality she is so helpful so genuine and so sweet. I’m almost certain that I only moved here because of the interaction she and I had I had never even visited the apartment and I signed the lease based off of our conversation and the predicament I was in I was moving out of my mother’s apartment who recently Passed away and I needed to box up her things and start a new life so for that I am very grateful to call this place home I’m in the back of the building so I can’t really see the dog park or the pool or tennis court or anything I’m hopeful that I will get to enjoy this summer. I will be honest I live in an upgraded apartment and I was a tad bit disappointed in certain things however I’m going to make the most of it and I think that it will be a great experience the tub creek is so loud I am embarrassed I’m a bigger woman and I thought it was me and I had my niece who is very small step in it and it sounds like a squealing cat it is so squeaky and loud. I was a little disappointed that the bedrooms don’t have lights although buying a lamp is not a big deal the closets have really nice bright lights so it’s not too bad. Initially I was promised a second floor apartment unfortunately it was given away and I had to take a third floor apartment I wasn’t thrilled about this but the company did make it right and for that I’m happy I think overall I look forward to my year here I’ve been here less than a month and I’m excited! I do love That my apartment is indoors you have to open up the door and walk upstairs to get to my apartment and as a single woman I feel Safe. If not for the tub I would rate higher but the tub is a major issue for me. You just expect certain things in an apartment that offers amenities You just assume that the toilet and tub are good quality and tub is not. However overall top-notch customer service friendly beyond belief is my experience so far and I would recommend."

"I lived here for a year and a half, and overall the space is affordable and the quality is okay. I have a crippling fear of bugs and roaches, and my entire time living in this complex was infested with small roaches, big roaches (palmetto bugs), spiders, and more. I would have roaches crawling out of the bathtub, sink, air vents, windows, floors, and out of the maintenance closet that leads up to the roof. I had pest control come out at least once a month my entire time living there and it never got any better. I asked someone in the leasing office about the bugs and they said they just live there. No way to get rid of them. I also had my next door neighbor during my time living there get arrested because they had an outstanding warrant. This neighbor was also always yelling, arguing, and banging things at all hours. There were also awful smells constantly present in the breezeways, and the dumpsters were not very close to take out trash. The location though was quiet in terms of traffic and very wooded which was peaceful. The woods did make my apartment very dark at all hours though, so if you need lots of natural light, this complex is not for you. Maintenance was always incredibly kind and respectful and left notice after entry. Overall, I would not choose to live there again. They also never gave me my deposit back even after making sure the entire unit was spotless and non-damaged on move out."

"Even though we did not end up leasing here because a suitable ground level unit was not available within our timeline, we were substantially impressed with our leasing agent, Tammy Painter. She was extremely helpful, professional and very responsive to every question we had about the property."

"After living at Country Club Apts for three years, I feel like this is my home. I have had the best experience when it comes to affordability, and the entire staff here are wonderful. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, the management responds right away to solve any problem. And the guys on the maintenance crew couldn't be nicer. They really work hard, and go the extra mile to keep our place clean and nice. In just the last year they have: Installed universal Wi-Fi Re-paved the parking lots Landscaped the grounds to prevent flash floods I appreciate all these things, and I love my home here at Country Club Apts."
