"Before: originally posted March 2023…it’s a great place to live! Friendly neighbors! Awesome amenities! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I love that they do monthly social events! I hope it continues to be a great place to live! After: June 2023 I don’t even know where to begin. It almost felt like the previous management company just snuck out. And all of the sudden we had a new management group. I have not had good experience with management change at apartment complexes and I was very unhappy to learn of this change but I was going to be quiet and just see how things unfolded. But things are just awful. This was an expensive place to live anyway but the awesome amenities and the twice a month resident activities, a sense of community and the coffee bar… All made it worth it…but now it’s not even worth it. Trash was piled up outside of the garbage bin. That’s happened twice now. Our fobs don’t work so we can’t get into the gym, pool and the mail room which really stinks because people will order meal boxes that go bad and smell up the place. We alerted management as to this issue and they’ve done nothing. They are not enforcing only two guests at the amenities so the pool is covered up with people and their families and friends and whoever wants to come into the pool area. We moved out when our lease was up because there were multiple cars broken into. One car stolen that we know of! The hallways and elevator constantly smelt like weed! The community events didn’t happen like before or if they did we had to pay for our activities! Just not what we signed up for at all! So glad to be out of there!!!"

"After touring the property the first time in June 2023 I can truly say I was excited to be moving in the the lively. Unfortunately that is where anything good with this place ends. Living here has been terrible. The staff doesn’t care about the tenants. I can say luckily I haven’t had my car broken into but there have been multiple car break ins all around me. The amenities aren’t unkept. They have flat out lied to me multiple times. Have had packages stolen out of the mail room, and they won’t even look back at camera footage they just say to reach out to where ever you ordered from and tell them it was stolen. All they care about is trying to fill units so they’ve lowered rent and now the place is filled with sketchy people. The place constantly smells like cigarettes and weed and there is dog poop everywhere. I’ve lived here for 6 months now and I didn’t want to write a review at all but unfortunately this place just keeps getting worse. I want other renters who want to live in a respectable place they can be proud of to know what it’s actually like to be a resident here. The sad thing is that the apartments are nice and the property is beautiful unfortunately incompetent management will run this place to the ground"

"I don’t normally write reviews but this deserves a review! I went to view an apartment here yesterday and instantly fell in love with everything I was shown. Tiffany (I hope I’m spelling her name right) is so awesome and explained things in such detail and showed me everything Lively at Victor Park have to offer and did not miss not one thing! She is the best and they are definitely my top pick for when I do move! ❤️"

"Now everything is bad, the administration is very, very bad. The dogs poop in the hallway and no one says or does anything, someone stole my daughter's bike, and now the new neighbors have their furniture in the hallway as if this were a shelter……. how sad"

"We moved in over the weekend. I AM FLOORED with the amount of amenities we have available. Catera walked us through step by step with everything and she was fantastic to work with. Everyone has been so nice and welcoming. We have no complaints at all. The apartment is gorgeous, the pool is clean, the complex seems very well kept up as well."
