"Basically, it's a shelter from the elements. Apartment is nice to begin with it's not as newly remodeled as advertised. The washer and dryer is a European washer/dryer. You can wash no more than 10lbs at a time. Basically, 3 pairs of dress pants. Anything over 10#, you have water leaking in the bedroom, closet and living room. Simple maintenance requests take a minimum of a week. Things as simple as getting the key you're given to work. It is quiet and comfortable but anything to do with a maintenance issue takes forever. There is potential for it to be very nice."
