"While our apartment was not cleaned thoroughly when we arrived, Demecka made the whole process very smooth. Along with Mark, they have made us feel very welcome. Maintenance has had to come to our apartment twice and both times they were very quick and efficient. I would absolutely recommend this community!"
"I am home! I love this place. The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and you cannot beat this location. I feel safe and sleep comfortably knowing that only apartment owners can gain access inside the buildings. The manager, Demecka Mitchell, is one of the highlights of these apartments. As someone who has never even so much as paid a bill, she made this process so easy for me. She truly cares about helping people and making sure they are 100% satisfied with living here. I couldn’t have done this without her. I love living at The Charles."
"Demecka Mitchell was WONDERFUL to work with! She listened to my story and knew exactly what I would want! She was able to get me moved in within a few days, called to check on me during the process, and has followed up since I’ve moved! The maintenance team quickly addressed the minor items that I brought to their attention, and have been so kind and helpful! The community is absolutely beautiful, and I love my new home at The Charles!"
"Madison was so sweet and energetic giving us the tour. She showed all amenities which I loved they have so many. So as a sauna, heated pool, state of the art gym. She even offered to let us tour two different models. Which was offer I couldn’t resist after seeing the first one. Madison was awesome and after touring the community with her I was definitely sold."
