The Reserve at Clemson

"Solid place to live, I like the rooms and the amenities are nice. The rooms come with a mirror, drawers, bed, desk, and chair and every bedroom has 2 windows. The kitchen gets pretty cramped sometimes and the counter space is super limited but it's alright. No designated dining room space but there is a bar with several tall chairs. Maintenance responds quickly, so that's a plus. Don't expect top notch floors, bathrooms, or beds but they work and the rent price is not as high as other places."

"I have lived at the Reserve for three years and have enjoyed it. It’s really convenient that it is on the CatBus route and since moving in they have upgraded their amenities which is really nice. The best thing about the Reserve, in my opinion, is the maintenance. However, I originally chose to live here because it was a nice place and cheap, but I will not live here next year because it has gotten too expensive, even for the 4 bedrooms. Overall, if you can afford it, it is worth it and nice, but with the prices increasing, I might choose somewhere else. I have also encountered some cockroaches and lots of ladybugs in the winter, but it hasn’t been unbearable and usually just comes with the season when people are moving out and furniture & such is getting moved around. It has never been a problem. Everything else I have really loved about living here."

"The Reserve is a nice place to live! It is conveniently located on the Clemson CATbus Red route. The amenities are wonderful and the recently renovated 2 Bedroom apartments are awesome."

"ive lived here for a year an a half. Ive had almost no issues so far. They offer a lot, a pool, gym, game room, and a study room. They also have lots of events/activities they run many of which are student focused. Anyone can live here and enjoy it, but if your a student i would highly recommend!!"

"As a current resident, I would say that my experience at The Reserve at Clemson has been great so far. This apartment complex has considerably exceeded my expectations. I have not encountered any issues living here to date, except our microwave temporarily not working. I submitted a maintenance request, and a maintenance member arrived thirty minutes later, quickly resolving the issue. I have not used the gym nor the game room, but I have used one of the pools and the printer. The pool is nice, and the printer works well. My roommate consistently uses the gym and likes it. Additionally, the Clemson Area Transit has a bus stop conveniently located directly in front of the leasing office which is awesome. It is also worth noting that I have not experienced any issues with insects (I only have seen two). That may be because I live on the top floor, but it is worth mentioning as I know others have stated issues with insects. My only complaint is that I have been receiving mail from prior residents in my mailbox. Apart from that, living at The Reserve at Clemson has been excellent."
