Timber Creek Apartments

"I moved here in September 2023 a couple months ago thinking that its ok .I moved bc of mold in another apt where I stayed bc of thyroid issues.Mold was here sadly so they had to cut out a portion of the wallbut I didn't realize it till it rained and water flooded the hall.I have another flood today ,really sad I got insurance tho.I had to throw away 2 tvs1 was a 70inch.l just thought it went out ,and 1 bed and some clothes but now is enough,who's really over these apt.I wanna talk to the whole management team,SKay do Y'all care this is awful"

"Move here June 28th so many problems but for one NO AIR SINCE THE DAY I moved in. They gave me 1 window unit to provide air throughout a 2 bedroom apartment. It’s currently 78 degrees in my apartment. Can’t have company because it’s to HOT. Sent pictures of my daughter having severe nose bleed on Tuesday its FRIDAY STILL NO AIR! Before someone move into an apartment make sure everything WORKS! Every time I go to the office and complain it’s excuse after excuse. Lamb will be here this day or that day but haven’t came YET! The first is next week I’m sure they’ll file evictions very quickly if i don’t pay the rent have that type of urgency when it comes to someone’s AIR!"

"I moved out in December 22’ Someone else has been using my natural gas account for over 2 1/2 months. I have a $700 bill with piedmont from that period. My bill was never that high so I’m really curious what really happened.. Anyway, I guess new guest aren’t required to put utilities in their name anymore and show proof. A/C, heat, dishwasher, bath tub faucet was all broken ranging from 2-6 months before I decided to relocate my family. Everything was great during the 1st 2yrs.."

"Don’t move here! If you do and you rent apt 101 make sure they fixed the molding in the vent in the first room. Susan never sent anyone out to deal with the mold, half our apartment was having electrical issues and they never did anything to fix it. They waited til after we moved out to even fix the electrical issues. She is very rude and VERY unprofessional. She doesn’t care about her residents, she just cares about getting those apartments rented out quickly so she can get a big bonus. Timber creek is a joke."

"Management Susan is very rude and unprofessional. My air went out and she gave me 1 unit for a 3 bedroom apartment. Its 90 degrees In my apartment and she said it will take a few weeks to fix. She hung up in my face for the second time and refuses to give out Cooperate number. Since she started managing the apartments they have went down hill. Trash is thrown all over the apartment and the pool is dirty. I wouldn't recommend this hell hole for no one and as soon as my lease up in October i will be moving out. Looking to seek legislation since they have me in a 90 degree apartment not to mention my rent over $900 month"
