"The worst place I've ever lived!! Loud neighbors, the constant smell of marijuana, frequent shootings on the street, the owners of their dogs very rarely cleaned up after their pets on the street, the ceiling is so thin that you can hear every step of the neighbors above. Also, this complex really needs a change in leadership, since it is very weak in communicating. They reschedule appointments and constantly say that they will do something and do nothing! I do not recommend anyone to live in this place!"

"I’m not one to write reviews… but when I tell you don’t waste your money moving here.. I had problems since Day 1… I had over 15 maintence requests in a span over 6 months… Constantly had roaches coming thru the walls and spiders which was never addressed. I paid every month $1400 and no I didn’t get any assistance.. Left the apt decent still got charged a moving fee and breaking a lease fee when I put in a notice!!! Don’t waste your money and rent here! I definitely got pictures and videos of the bugs and how I left this apartment."

"For the price this apartment complex is not horrible. Friendly community, relatively safe. Staff is polite but not reliable. If you have a problem they will eventually get the job done provided you are assertive and speak directly to the property manager face to face. They will not do anything unless you are annoying about it."
