"If I could give it no stars I would or negative stars. I moved n 2014. Rent was 450. These apartments are old and what they call renovated is used appliances and floor that will come up asap. They got Helen Keller and Ray Charles doing renovations! I was out of work for over a year due to back surgery. Had to use credit cards of course to pay for everything. Thought I would be back on feet after surgery. Nope!! They went up on rent the next month It went to 1015 from 450!! Then from 1015 to 1315 & then 1440! The rent high as hell for these trash apartments! I been trying to move out and on different waiting list. They are small as hell, I’m on my second dishwasher and still don’t work. My molding is laying n the floor. I put up my own bathroom mirror when I moved n with my toilet paper holder. I have lived n 4 different units over here and all of them have been flooded out. The one I’m n now flooded 2nd night I moved in to it!! I was told to use towels to dry it up. It was over my shoes! The floor is coming up. The appliances are used and don’t work. The washer and dryer coming with the unit are used & refurbished. The shower they just spray painted to look new and all the paint is chipping off and I can see old shower underneath! Helen Keller painted(she is blind by the way) price for this area is ridiculous. I make good money at the hospital and rent is still higher then what I bring home and then they charge u 200 on top of the 1440 for being late!! I’m telling you DO NOT RENT from these people!!! Ps. All the doorknobs are on wrong. If it says unlocked then they are locked and vice versa. Can’t wait to be out of here! ***And also the office manager is one of the good reviews wrote about these apartments *** I also forgot to say that you will not be able to get much sleep over here because the neighbors n your building will constantly play loud music at all times during the night and early morning hours!! The office will not do anything about it."

"This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. They do not care about you or the reputation of the property. You’ve got thugs blaring and blasting music all hours of the day to the point it rattles windows in neighboring apartments. Reached out over 10 times about it with no response. People will stand at your door and just scream across the parking lot to neighboring apartments. They have went up on rent twice in the last year. They want a 60 day notice to exit a lease but don’t even give you a notice when the rent is increasing. Even though state of Georgia law only requires 30 day notice. They are charging almost 1500 for rent and we’ve had to call about our air going out three times. They don’t call anyone to fix it. They just send out their maintenance guy who looks at it and says “oh it seems fine to me” when it’s been running nonstop and the temperature is 80 degrees inside. We had a bathroom “remodel” done due to the bath tub cracking and almost falling in. It took about 3 months to even get that accomplished. The bathroom remodel still isn’t complete months later. We don’t even have a knob in the shower to adjust the water temperature in the shower which we’ve reached out about at least two times in the last couple of months with no response. The only time they will respond is when it’s regarding money. These apartments should be condemned at BEST."
