The Brick Lofts

"I loved my stay at the Brick Lofts. It was so bright and open. Neighbors were friendly and almost ALWAYS respectful. However, there are a few things you should know before moving in. While the windows are quite beautiful, they tend to let in bugs (nothing like a little snuggle with a palmetto bug or little baby spiders in the middle of the night). I invested in some good home bug repellent and sprayed all windows and base boards. Never had another problem. Another thing to note is that Spartanburg’s nickname is Hub City for a reason (they are historically the major train connection between the north and the south). No matter where you are in the city you can hear the trains so make sure to invest in a white noise machine. In addition, the hospital and fire department are both minutes away. Great for just in case emergencies, but not so great for noise as well. I’d like to tie things up by saying even considering all these things I would gladly move back to my little one bedroom loft. I loved maintenance being on site and stepping in to help whenever I needed (even to help me brush off my car when it snowed). I loved how attentive my landlords are. I loved the gated parking lot (it always made me feel extra safe). I loved all the fixtures and really my overall stay."

"The brick lofts is an awesome place to live at. It’s close to downtown Spartanburg. The units are huge high ceilings. It also has a unique historical style. There are washer and dryer but not in the unit. The great thing about the place is that you can still use the church street loft amenities. Also the rent for this place is a great price because everything is included! No additional cost. It comes with a tv In the unit too. Julie and Todd are the landlords and they will help you with any questions and concerns you have. So give this place a chance and I promise you will like it. Also it’s a gated parking too."

"After touring the the Brick Lofts I am impressed by the renovations and work put in to making each unit unique and a place I want to live for a while. The mixture of history with the newness of the apartment is a great combo and the added bonus of great property managers and an on site Police Officer. Each unit I toured was completely different which offers so many options that you normally don't find in a normal apartment complex or even in many lofts."
