"I love my apartment don't get me wrong but, within the 1st month my car was broken into. The street lights don't work in front of the building they worked when I first moved in the parking lot was lite up and you could see. I am disabled and there is no disabled parking in front of my building. I know these apartments are new. I have expressed my concerns with management. I think these are legitimate concerns. I don't mind calling the city or county about the lightning issues. If you have a number I can call please let me know. Thank you."

"Was looking at many apartments in the area and decided to apply to this one. I spoke to Frank (a virtual assistant) and Nicole, one of the leasing managers, and both were so helpful. I was able to get all my questions answered over the phone and it was super easy to apply. I also loved the move in deal of 2nd month free that I recommended it to a friend and she also moved here! The apartments are beautiful and everything is new and fresh! Move in was easy for the most part. One thing to note for future move ins is that CASHIERS CHECK is the cheapest and easiest option. Yes, they will tell you you can pay with online portal but then the service gets 2.5% interest when you pay with credit card and bank account won’t be verified fast enough for move in! But I did appreciate the cute little welcome gift (see picture)… Only caveats I’ve had about this apartment so far is that maintenance is stressed with all the construction going on (don’t worry we can barely hear anything besides on occasion during business hours) that they don’t come to your room to fix anything unless you personally track them down. My friend had her smoke alarm going off in her room for hours before anyone was bothered to come fix it. Very annoying. Another thing is that when I asked about any additional fees on top of rent, no one mentioned that if you want a washer and dryer you have to either bring your own or rent one for $50 a month so I was upset about that. (Although I noticed that is common among apartments in SC so maybe I’m just not used to it since I moved from out of state.) Additionally, in past apartments I’ve lived in, I liked that they would provide a folder with business hours when lounge, pool, etc was open and it included trash rules on page, or any other important info. Here, there’s a lot of info thrown at you at once and everyone forgets. The trash situation here needs some work because it seems no one knows that there’s a dumpster in back and valet only comes on weekdays. Another thing, is that I feel the pool and gym should be accessible with the key fob from the apartments, rather than having to walk through the office or around the mailboxes. I brought this up to Nicole and she said they don’t plan on adding any more scanning for fobs here for security reasons for the office. I understand this, but as a resident it’s unfortunate having to parade through the main entrance when there’s so many people moving in right now and that the office is hectic. Will post update in about a year!"
