"Beautiful apartments!! Great customer service ! Adriana is the best ! :) in a wonderful area !!"
"Such an amazing property! Very spacious apartments & great location glad I found my new home close to work."
"Current resident. Been here 1yr. I'll start with this: someone was leaving a used condom in our breezeway a few times a month for roughly 6mo despite repeated complaints to the office. The office did nothing. Didn't bother to post a sign or send an email about littering. It took my sending close up pics of the condoms to management in order to get their attention. Polite calls and emails weren't enough...they're not enough for any issue. We did get an email last wk stating there's no maintenance staff. There's a major bug infestation: my apt is very clean but I killed 3 roaches and 2 unidentified creatures last night. The night before I killed 3 bugs crawling along the ceiling. We pay for monthly pesticide. Not sure where that money's going. There was a wet, slippery, mildewed area directly in front of stairs for almost a yr, despite the office being told repeatedly. The pool is often closed because there's so much urine in it after the huge pool parties are thrown by the SAME residents a few times a mo. Management does nothing. They claim they don't know who's having parties, despite the fact the people are carrying out decorations and huge speakers WHILE OFFICE STAFF ARE A FEW FEET AWAY. I have evidence of 3 party goers who SPENT THE NIGHT at the pool, loudly laughing and drinking just on the other side of my window. One afternoon 10 teens from another property over-ran the pool, office staff did nothing, stating they didn't want a confrontation. Seriously. The male manager was scared to confront teens even when multiple residents complained. Currently all the lights around the pool and walkway are out, and this has been the case for wks. I took pics so you can see how dark and dangerous it is. Criminals do their best work in the dark. There's been 4-5 different managers in less than yr, but the current manager is the most rude and incompetent. He doesn't even make eye contact when you're speaking to him. There are more issues but I've typed enough. I'd move, but I need to stay close to my elderly father to help look after him."
"❗️⚠️It's unsafe for anyone who works late or at different hours here since cars might be towed while you sleep due to parking issues. I've been patient since the new management took over. However, after the woman at the front desk smirked and showed no concern when I brought up this issue, I had to post a warning.⚠️❗️ This has been reported by many people; you can't park after 6 p.m., so if you work late you have to park by the leasing office and walk back to your building, which is not ideal because there's inadequate lighting and no security cameras; random people roaming around. As a trauma survivor, this is triggering for me. I even spoke to someone from corporate two months ago about this, yet nothing has been done so far. So last night, I came home from a long work day and found myself with nowhere to park... This situation is affecting my mental health. I will not put my safety at risk. I selected this complex in the first place because of my safety. Nevertheless, it is of the utmost importance to them. It's impossible to call a place home if all they do is take your money and don't address your valid concerns. As a result of this ongoing issue, I am now required to pay extra for the towing company for an issue that is their responsibility. I am tired of them not seeing the severity of this issue. And yes, you bet I won't be renewing the lease. I will give my money to a place that values the safety of its residents and their concerns. The lack of empathy is what’s has me concern, I do not want anyone else to go through this same thing."
"Felt compelled to leave a review because our maintenance guys are AMAZING! Urgent issues get resolved within 24 hours on business days and as soon as possible if you put in a request on a weekend. They have always been friendly and quick when fixing things in our apartment. Grounds are always clean, and parking is not typically an issue unless it’s late at night, but you’ll still find something, it just may not be as close as you want. The community feels very safe. I have lived here for 10 months now and haven’t had any major issues other than occasionally loud neighbors and we can sometimes smell cigarette smoke coming through the air vents, but that is to be expected for apartment life. Our unit is in one of the older buildings but appliances and fixtures have been updated, so it has a very nice feel. Definitely the best value for the price in Greer!"
