"I just have to give a huge shout out to the property manager Julia and also to McKayla. I have been a resident of the groves for 4 years in a one bedroom. When it was time to renew my lease last month, they mentioned a 2 bedroom apt to me and the process had a few hiccups, but the ladies made sure everything went smooth and I am over the moon happy with my 2 bedroom. If you decide to make the groves at berry creek your home, you will not be disappointed. I appreciate all of you so very much!"

"Very great place to live, rooms are above average size. I’m staying in a 2 bed very spacious. Any accommodations that I have needed have been taken care of right on the spot. Management is top tier, best management team I have been in contact with renting from in the past 6 years. Highly recommended. The amenities are nice as well very well kept up with and clean. If I could give 10 stars I would !"

"We originally had our hearts set on another apartment complex but the groves was the last spot on our list so we figured we’d swing by and check it out. I am beyond thankful we did! The apartments are beautiful and spacious, the community is so friendly and quiet, maintenance is quick and efficient, and the staff is absolutely amazing!! The final deciding factor as to why we ended up picking the groves was Macy! To say she went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and found our perfect apartment would be an understatement. She met with us multiple times and showed us a million different apartments in almost every building until we finally decided on the exact apartment we are in today. She had a cute little sign up with our names on it welcoming us to the community on the day we signed our lease and had a cute little welcome basket for us too. Her kindness and amazing customer service continues even after signing our lease as well. Every time we call the office for a maintenance request or question she immediately remembers you out of the hundreds of tenants and does absolutely anything and everything she can to help. For example, I work night shift and anytime I have a maintenance request she is always happy to schedule the guys to come as late as possible so I can sleep. She truly is an amazing asset to the community and definitely makes living at the groves a dream! I honestly couldn’t recommend this apartment complex enough!"

"Almost a month in and I love everything about this place! The people are friendly , the staff are nice! Julia made the move in smooth as possible! The 2 bedroom apartments are insanely spacious ! You’re close to grocery stores and the highway. Perfect! I hope I’m able to still call this place home a year or so from now!"
