"10/10 DO NOT RECOMMENED! This place is way over priced for what you get. $1800 for a 2 bed 2 bath is legit robbing people of their lively hood. In the time I lived there, my washer broke and the dishwasher broke within the first 2 months of being there. Also, they don't take safety seriously."

I haven’t lived in an apartment since the early 2000’s so I had no idea how much costs have increased when it comes to apartment renting. Nowadays, places don’t offer deals or discounts. I’m so glad I found this place because Stephanie has made the entire process easy as possible. She’s reliable, patient, and has great communication skills. This is the first apartment that I’ve come across that includes a few utilities plus it’s new and their rates decreased a little.
