"I called the office on Wednesday December 27th at 1:31 pm. I was told by the woman in the front office that she was looking for an email that she sent me last week but the email magically disappeared. I never received an email, she told me that the regional manager was on a meeting call and that she would send me an email once the regional manager was available. It is January 2nd and I still have not heard anything. I called today and my number was blocked from calling. My fiancé called and someone answered the phone and once we said hello they hung up. He called again and the call went straight to voicemail. This is so unprofessional that no one has the courtesy to talk to people when they have questions. Especially after paying $120 for an application for a townhouse at this property. I do not want to hear no poor excuse of they are busy because this is ridiculous. I will be calling the corporate office, I have recordings off all the calls and also the email that I have sent."

"they advertised for months that water and sewer were included, i have multiple emails with that info from them, but they remove that info from there website right before they started doing leases, no updated emails telling future residents that policy changed."

"We applied to this complex and got accepted. We paid the holding fees and were subsequently given a move in date. The move in date has been changed at least three times without even an email with an explanation. There isn’t an office to go into which means we have to keep calling Tennessee. Nobody answers their phone and when voicemails are left, sometimes it takes days before anyone returns our call. I am now blocked from calling the company line which means I am now not sure if I will even move this year or if I even want to live in this complex. Please do yourself a favor and don’t even apply here."

"BEWARE!!! These apartments are NOT built yet. When we applied and were approved the rent was $1165. We just got a call saying that the rent increased due to them needing to be at market rate which is now $1300, and we no longer qualify. We lost the $300 holding fee required to hold your apartment even though they were the ones who canceled the application after approving it a month ago. Make sure you read the construction addendum and understand that they can RAISE the rent from the time you apply to the time you move in. If you really want to live here make sure you can qualify for the highest rent rate. This will reduce the likelihood of you going through this same issue."
