"The manager and jenni, are super disrespectful, passive aggressive, negligent, and overall rude people, they would laugh at you, disrespect you, I called and they hang up the phone call 4 times, and talk to me in a bad way, these ladies are a disgrace to human race, I don’t even rent there and wouldn’t want to rent anyway because what disgusting people, do not rent here their AC’s does not work for weeks and apparently if you complain they get mad at you and threaten you with bad words and start yelling at you. they treat Latinos bad if you were Latino I would stay away from them they are also Latinas but looks like they hate their own race"
"They post pictures like its nice but they aren't. They don't fix anything and they have a bad infestation of roaches that they paint over until you move there. Then the bugs eat away at the paint then you stuck. A very bad mold problem that is never fixed just scraped and painted over. I wouldn't move back there if it was the only place left on earth. Sorry not sorry"
"My stay here was nothing less than misery. Complaints due to noise relating issues past waking hours 11-3 am from neighbors and their partying during the week and on the weekends. Given, you get what you pay for but it is the common courtesy to be quiet at the sleeping hours. Trash, broken glass, and empty beer bottles lay around the property continuously. In the lease agreement the tenant is pay for security but even after a double homicide the police officers still didn’t care to use the property surveillance. Come to find out, I was advised it was relating to the inactivity of surveillance. The leasing office is no better either. They will place just about anyone inside of the apartments to ensure profits remain in their apartments. Don’t bother to complain about anything as very little will be done. In my experience work orders have not been completed (may not have been submitted for that matter). Additionally, I personally believe they are a scam. Money orders go missing around the holidays and the leasing office never answers the phone. The leasing office will take no ownership of activities that happen on-sight, whether it is reporting a noise, suspicious behavior, or almost anything for that matter. They will collect the rent and that’s about it. My apartment was damaged the first time around and the second unit they sent me to. In the second unit they even had two different kids of flooring styles. My ceiling looked damaged and almost as if they were going to cave in. There is what seems to be black mold growing inside of both AC units (both apartments I lived in). After having the same issue from my 1st apartment continue at my 2nd, I advised the property manager that I was be terminating my lease. Which is essence does indeed that I am ending my contract. She advised that due to my decision I would lose my deposit which ethically and morally I should be able to receive back. The reasoning behind my departure is due to the lack of attention the leasing office gives to issues they have implemented rules to be which should be followed by every tenant. Thus, the failure to execute policies that they have implemented resulted in an inhabitable environment to live in. Along with that, there is used appliances (is obvious upon looking at) which are broken in the apartments. The complex doesn’t have insulation unless you’re on the bottom floor and not in the sunlights direction. My overall experience living here has been nothing short of a disaster. I was blessed by God to know what it was like to have my first place with no roommates, but if I am going to be blunt; this place is awful and would ever wish anyone to live here. From the lack of upkeep, the apartment interior, to the leasing office, and property management, the entirety of this location either for someone that works 3rd shift (possibly not) or someone that doesn’t mind being woken up in the middle of the night. The owner of the property should do a thorough investigation, if not this place will get worse and someone’s child will end up getting hit due to kids being unattended by their parents."
"This place is the definition of terrible. The ac went out every month not even exaggerating. They never answer the phones for service and when they do they take their sweet time to help if they even bother. Every problem you can think of happens here. I can’t even walk through my home without the tiles breaking and even the techs admit they weren’t supposed to use that type of flooring. There is a water stain in my ceiling and it has leaked we reported it and haven’t heard anything back and it’s been over a month. I nearly got shot once in the parking lot by someone clutching a gun. There’s also homeless people who live in the dumpsters and there is never any parking at all. They didn’t allow us to tour the home before we rented and now I see why. This place is a Shìt hole. Point blank period."
"If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Never live here under any circumstances. The staff doesn't care about satisfying its most basic obligations, with requests for maintenance on non-functional heating and cooling going ignored for months at the time. The tenants are loud and litter unchecked. Every dollar that has been invested in the place is invested in superficial considerations meant to dupe potential tenants into thinking they might be looking at somewhere halfway nice. The wiring is aluminum, which I am reasonably certain wouldn't fly if the apartments were build today. This and poor grounding has led to my having to file with my renters insurance to replace serval electronics. At one point, when I was complaining that we had to call the police (which was/is a common event here) a member of the staff informed me that their husband wouldn't let them live in a dump like this. This is the office personnel I'm talking about. Seriously, you can do better."
