There is always maintenance on property and ruby the manger was a pleasure to work with. My unit was ready when I showed up. "The mold levels are soo high in these apartments I'm surprised the tenants are STILL ALIVE. This slum Lord doesn't fix ANYTHING but wants to go up on the rent every month seems like. I don't think he has maintenance at all. I only seen one guy and that was last year for my air conditioning unit I been here 3 years and I've never stayed anywhere this bad. My financial situation keeps me here but I've definitely had enough. It has to be something I can do . I have a 6 year old and a baby on the way . I keep getting sick and I have headaches now all of a sudden. Please feel free to email me with any suggestions. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you value your Health."
