"I have lived here thru two owners for the most part all were great and convient. But bugs roaches especially are horrid they won’t spray have black mold and hide the facts . They enter your apartment without consent or reason and if issues like a neighbor it’s never felt with. Since the new owner has come in drug smells are aweful. The people moving in are right raf type people and care for nothing and nasty .. the office is unapproachable, the use to be caring and able to resolve issues quickly .. my apartment literally shakes and pictures off the wall cuz of up stairs individual they moved in .. loud and no recourse and behavior is aweful .. the office will lie and not complete things till you threaten them ..they will threaten you with eviction etc when you complain . At night noxious Oder coming from others upstairs smoking drug seep into yours and literally get high off of .. this place is beginning to be a not a good place to live .. the maintenance will lie to keep out of trouble it horrid .. I completely disappointed in new ownership dispite the repairs and upgrades it was only to raise the rents .. they been saying for months new lease is coming yet no response and so on until you move via a neighbor moving due to office and upstairs torturing the building they have totally changed the happy environment with in the community sad and extra sad this place has gone down hill very quickly .. they don’t take responsibility and repairs and all it’s ridiculous how they do the tenants if you have animals as well.."

"I absolutely love living at The Park at Sondrio! The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the grounds are beautiful. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure that their residents are happy. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live in Greenville.The location is perfect - close to downtown Greenville but still in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Here are a few of the things I love most about The Park at Sondrio: - The apartments are very spacious and have great layouts. I have plenty of room for all of my furniture and belongings, and I love that I have a private balcony. - The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. There are plenty of places to walk and relax, and the pool is amazing. - The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are always available to answer questions and help with anything I need. - The location is great. I am close to everything I need, including work, shopping, and restaurants. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at The Park at Sondrio. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live in Greenville."

"This has to be the WORST place i’ve lived in my whole 26 years of living. The roaches, the dog smelling hallways, the management it’s just too much. It’s over priced & not worth it at all. They did “upgrading” & I haven’t had a bathroom mirror in about 6 months. They painted over the rusted shower head. The roaches, omg the roaches have been OUTRAGEOUS since day 1. I’ve requested for pest control every month since moving here & it’s like they’re multiplying it’s SOOOOOO NASTY. I have a baby, I can’t leave his stuff around because I see a roach crawling on it, crawling on my dishes, they’re just everywhere no matter how clean I keep the apartment. The new management is so rude, & unorganized.. I got served with eviction twice for a mistake made by their staff. I mean I can go on all day about these apartments -20/10 DO NOT MOVE HERE"

"They're under new management and they're so disorganized. They do not give you proper notice of anything if they have to do anything to your apartment. I've received notices that maintenance would come in and work on my one thing and instead they'll never come. They will not give you the correct dates in their notices. All the renovations they're doing is just painting over paint and putting down new lvp. You still will get a tiny kitchen, old appliances, and very nasty old carpet. The bathroom has water damage they paint or caulk over. They will not answer your phone calls at the leasing office. Even if they do, they're just as lost and clueless as you are. The new management does not communicate with the leasing office either. This place is very overpriced for what you get. And the crime is horrible! Shooting is pretty common, fights both physical and verbal, and residents are generally very angry people. I guarantee you can find a better place to live at the same price point."

"The apartments are okay, they have new management every couple of years but can’t be bothered to buy new dryers or washers for the laundromat, no matter how many times you tell them that those machines are awful, they pretty much tell you to go somewhere else to wash your clothes, and this is with every management that we get. I’ve had people steal my underwear from the washer/dryer and that was my fault for leaving my clothes unattended according to management instead of initiating a plan of installing cameras, people have drilled holes on the machines to steal the quarters (can’t really blame them i would want my money back too) summertime don’t be surprised if the pool Is closed for half of it and if you get bugs be sure to call pest control or invite them in for the summer. Maintenance is cool tho, they come when you need them and are very friendly."
