"I have lived here for the past 2 years and I love it! The maintenance team is awesome, they always come as fast as possible! The club house consistently hosts fun events throughout the week! I love it here and recommend this complex to anyone!"
"Clemson Edge is a great choice for off-campus housing! It is the most affordable apartment complex for how close it is to campus. When riding the Catbus, it is roughly the first drop-off and last pick-up coming from and going to campus. It is also within a short walking distance to Walmart. Each roommate gets their own room and bathroom, and the common areas are spacious. The gym has everything you need for a typical workout, and there is a basketball, tennis and volleyball court. Also, the clubhouse regularly conducts events to get freebies. Clemson Edge really cares about their residents!"
"I love living here, the rooms are a good amount of space and the amenities are super nice especially when it’s warm outside. The kitchen is a great size for my roommates and I, the appliances are really nice and I really use them often as someone who doesn’t have a meal plan. If you’re thinking about living here I really recommend this place. It location relative to campus is great, it feels safe and comfortable to live at and the Walmart next door is a life saver when I need something quick."

"Allowed me and my roommate fill out and sign a lease for next year on Sunday. Called me on Monday to tell me they have no more of those apartments available to rent and only offered a partial refund for fees already paid on it. Update: Clemson Edge has remedied the situation and agreed to fully refund us. Overall, I have enjoyed leasing here and was happy with their quick actions to remedy the situation. Currently looking at renewing their for next year they have a very kind and helpful office staff."
