"Since new management took over the place is very overpriced for mediocre quality. If you want a home held together by caulk, high rent, ac units from the 70s, Air vents rusted shut, old stoves where they require you to basically buy new catch pans instead of the owners replacing their old equipment dirty outdated equipment, blinds falling apart or never working properly to begin with, nails in the wall painted over, not being able to clean the tub without paint peeling, and management that has a 90 day inspection list telling you what to do the list most of which acting like the place is bouijie when in reality just looking at it from the outside looks like government housing except you're paying $900 a month then this might be the place for you."

"Almost time for us to leave Issaqueena Townhomes. My heart hurts a little. It's a place that felt like home. It is old but well maintained. The property manager and maintenance are pretty responsive and quick on problems. Brain has fixed several things in our townhouse with no hassle. Michelin and Brain is two amazing people and really quick to be a helping hand. They truly do care about their tenants and their requests. Townhomes is decent size and not overpriced. Very quiet area. Walking distance to Ingles and very safe. Always keep the grounds maintained. No issues with parking. We love it that they are dog friendly too. Great pool and laundry facilities in courtyard. I'll definitely miss staring at those beautiful big trees in courtyard. I will definitely recommend people to rent from Issaqueena Village town homes.
