"Worst customer service ive ever seen at a post office. I have unfortunately had to interact with the black lady 3 times this past month and she acts like she is being bothered or disturbed just from doing her job and interacting with the customers."

"Ladies working the counter should be fired. I have now received bad attitude's and rude remarks from both ladies on two separate visits. The way they treat customers is unacceptable- I've not only experienced first hand but I have watched them treat other folks poorly. Disgusting."

"This is literally one of the worst post offices I have ever been to. The employees are always rude and short with you. Today I tried to mail off a package and I had a prepaid label to put on my package. I asked the lady, “do you have any tape I could use to put this on the package.” She looked at me and said are you going to buy the tape? I’m sorry, but what post office doesn’t provide tape for you to put a label on? She ended up putting it on for me but what was the point of that comment? And the rudeness wasn’t caled for."

"Make the trip to a post office elsewhere if you can. Opened a PO Box because we were waiting for our home to be built and had just moved to the state. Then once we started the forwarding process, they "taped off" our mailbox before we had a chance to ensure our mail was being forwarded correctly (which is wasn't). We went to go check the PO Box since I wasn't getting any mail and they told us they taped off the mailbox because we forwarded our address so we couldn't use it anymore. We told them something wasn't right because I wasn't getting any mail and we never asked to close the PO Box. They won't let us receive mail in the PO Box yet are still charging us to have it open and won't give us any explanation on why it must be taped off even though we insisted on keeping it open. Meanwhile, they have zero explanation for where my mail is/has been going and just told us to pay for another forwarding request online."

"THEY REALLY DESERVE A ZERO, BUT I COULD NOT LEAVE THE STARS BLANK.Do NOT go here if you need a passport! They are completely incompetent. They submitted the paperwork incorrectly not once but TWICE!! We started this process in August and my son still does not have a Passport in December! They have no clue and even worse they do not care. The clerk was rude and never apologized for her error, which she made twice. That takes some talent. If they do not know how to process Passports they should not be listed as a site. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A PASSPORT."
