"We did Candlefish as a birthday activity and it was okay. I don't think it's worth the money and the candle doesn't really smell all that much. I understand it's different and won't have as strong of a smell as store-bought ones, but it's very minimal for paying $65. One of our girls in the group opened their candle the next day after pick-up with a break in the container. We had a student named Abby as our instructor and her commentary could have been a little more professional. Overall, it just wasn't worth the price for the experience."

"Went to a candlemaking class last week and it was fabulous. The instructor Julia was very nice and informative. Upon my return home I had a concern with my candles that Angel took care of right away. I appreciate the excellent customer service I received from both Julia and Angel. I will certainly tell all my friends to visit Candlefish when in Charleston."

"Took a BYOB Candle Making Class with my boyfriend while on vacation. Angel made the Class so much fun, and interesting for all of us! The Candles came out amazing. The store had so many different scents and options for each scent! The employees were amazing and the store was beautiful!"

"Visiting Charleston for my sister’s bachelorette and she wanted to give this place a visit. We had such a great time! Adrianna was our chandler and she was super attentive and kind. Kept things fun and interesting while we made candles and I learned so many interesting things about candles and candle care. The store was also extremely cute and had a lot of fun gift ideas."
