"Ike was so courteous and helpful in moving my mother to a new nursing home. He really took the stress out of a bad situation and I will be forever grateful. Highly recommend!"
"My husband needed transportation by stretcher to a doctor's appointment . We contacted Ike with Helping People 1st Non- Emergency Transportation. Service was excellent. They were gentle and caring. During the time they were at our house the nurse told us to go straight to ER as the doctor wanted him admitted to the hospital. Ike and his co-worker were fine with the change and got him to the ER. Thank you Mr. Ike for such great service. We will definitely use again."
"Let me start out by thanking the driver. He was very professional and patient with me. I had a lot of questions concerning the company. Only because I had a bad experience with another company. So I was actually afraid to ride with someone else. But it turned out to be a smooth comfortable ride. I would continue to use Helping People 1st services. Once again thanks for your kindness ."
"One of my best rides to the doctor. On time to and from the doctor. The van was clean and the driver was very pleasant."
"How unprofessional, the driver had a shower cap on, there was a child riding in the van with her. This is not a good image for a company, she looked like she just rolled out of bed. I have seen and heard how the treat the patients they transport there should be regulations. And the worst thing of all I have seen them block the wheel chair ramp and make other people wait. Very unprofessional."
