FedEx OnSite at 1 South Alliance Drive in Goose Creek, South Carolina, located inside Walgreens, offers a convenient solution for picking up and dropping off FedEx packages. You can save time by dropping off pre-labeled packages at this location, eliminating the need to wait at home for a delivery or make an extra trip to a FedEx facility. Simply pack and securely seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the Walgreens location. If you have a QR code for a return label, bring it to the store and a team member will assist you in printing the label. There are no additional fees for using this service, and packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted, as long as they have a completed printed label using a FedEx account number or credit card payment. Please note that Walgreens does not provide shipping or packing materials, so packages must be ready to ship upon arrival. For assistance with packing supplies or dangerous goods shipments, visit a nearby FedEx Office location or participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter.

"Driver was delivering to my office. He insisted that he only had to drop the boxes at the reception desks. That is not what we do but. The boxes go to the individual offices . This has happened 2 days in a row now and I am very upset he had no reason to talk to me the way he did . "***don’t be fooled…it’s in Walgreens*** At first, I was very aggravated and confused with FedEx because I pulled into a Walgreens parking lot. I called FedEx customer service and they told me it was Walgreens. I walked in, not necessarily knowing what I was looking for, so I stood in line and waited until I could speak to an employee (I looked when I walked in and I didn’t see anything stating FedEx or anything) Short story, shorter - they accepted my package at the photo counter, super simple; great customer service."
